Ken has been riding off and on since 1971. His first bike was a 1971
Yamaha 125cc that he used for going back and forth to work. Ken and his
wife Charlotte moved to Tennessee in 1976. Ken traded the Yamaha in for
a Honda 500cc. He sold the Honda and stopped riding all together until
2005. Ken bought a 2005 Yamaha after a 37 year break.
Ken was able to get his wife on the back of the Yamaha and she loved it!
Then one day they rode to Jackson Tennessee. They decided that the seat
on the Yamaha was just not made for long trips. Together they decided to
look for a better seat. They stopped at Bumpus Harley-Davidson of
Jackson to see if they had anything that would fit. They ended up walking
out that day with a 2007 Harley Ultra. Now the seat is just right for
long trips.
